What services does Joolomee offer?
Seven packages: Brand Strategy & Identity, Brand Refresh & Rebrand, Web Design & Development (Next.js, HTML/CSS/JS, Webflow), UI/UX Design, Social Media & Marketing Design, Creative Direction, and Presentation & Motion.
Where is Joolomee based and who does it serve?
Joolomee is based in Portimão, Algarve, Portugal. Joana works remotely with teams and companies across Europe and worldwide. Most communication happens by email, Telegram, Google Meet or Zoom.
Which languages does Joana work in?
Portuguese (native), English, and Spanish — fluently. Deliverables can be produced in any of these three languages, plus French, German, Italian and Dutch via the internal i18n system already used on joolomee.com.
How much does a project cost?
Pricing depends on scope. A small website starts around €2,500. A full brand system (naming, identity, brand book) starts around €4,500. Ongoing creative direction is offered as a monthly retainer. Every quote is fixed-fee with no hidden costs — agreed in writing before the work begins.
How long does a project take?
Brand identity: 4 to 8 weeks. Website (5–10 pages): 4 to 6 weeks. Larger systems and motion: case by case. Timelines depend on how quickly the client returns feedback — typically the bottleneck is on the client side, not on production.
What is the process?
Five steps. (1) Listen — a free 30-minute discovery call. (2) Map — a strategy document with objectives, audience, competitors, positioning. (3) Explore — two to three visual directions you react to. (4) Craft — full design system or build. (5) Launch — delivery, handoff, and 30 days of care after go-live.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — standard mutual NDA is signed on request at no extra cost.
Who owns the final files?
You do. Full IP transfer happens on final payment, including source files (Figma, Adobe, code repo). Joolomee retains the right to show finished work in portfolio and on social media, with no confidential information disclosed. NDA-bound projects are excluded from public portfolio.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Each phase includes a defined number of revision rounds, agreed in the proposal. Additional rounds beyond the agreed limit are billed at the hourly rate quoted upfront.
Do you work with AI tools?
Yes — AI is part of the toolkit (Cursor, Claude, Codex, Figma AI, motion plugins). It accelerates research, copy variations, asset prep, and code. The final design, direction, and craft are always Joana — AI is the brush, not the artist.
Can you start immediately?
Usually within 1–2 weeks. Status for 2026 is shown live in the header pill on the homepage.
Do you work in person or only remote?
Mostly remote, but in-person workshops in the Algarve and Lisbon are possible — travel quoted separately.
